London Dry Gin

A classic London Dry with a twist: juniper, sweet citrus and coriander forward with a clean and delicate peppery warmth that persists on the palate as it fades. A gin for gin drinkers.

Ingredients

Juniper, Lemon Grass, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Orris Root

42% ALC. / VOL (84 Proof) 750ML
Limited Release

Bourbon Barreled Gin

Juniper and citrus forward with a smoky smoothness, golden color and a bourbon-like mouth feel. A gin that drinks like a bourbon.

Ingredients

Juniper, Lemon Grass, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Orris Root. Aged 4 to 6 weeks in freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels.

45% ALC / VOL (50 Proof) 750ML
Lemon Liqueur

Limoncello

Coming soon. The aroma of fresh lemon zest, the robust taste of a lemon bar finishing smooth, round and bright. It’s a spirit that refreshes and lingers on the palate.

Cocktails

London Dry Gin

Transformation Martini

  • 4 oz Transformation Spirits London Dry Gin
  • 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 2 Dashes Bitters (orange bitters or aromatic bitters)
  • Garnish: Lemon twist or Vermouth soaked olives
  • CHILL martini glass.
  • FILL a mixing glass with cracked ice.
  • POUR gin, vermouth and bitters.
  • STIR 15 seconds, strain into a martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist or olives.
Bourbon Barreled Gin

Negroni-Vardier

  • 2 oz Transformation Spirits Limited Release Bourbon Barreled Gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz Sweet Red Vermouth
  • 2 dashes Bitters (orange bitters or aromatic bitters)
  • GARNISH: Orange twist
  • CHILL rocks glass.
  • FILL a mixing glass with cracked ice.
  • POUR gin, Campari, vermouth and bitters.
  • STIR 15 seconds, strain into a rocks glass and garnish with the orange twist.
London Dry Gin

Apple-Rosemary Gimlet

  • 1 1/2 oz Transformation Spirits London Dry Gin
  • 2 oz Apple Juice
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Bitters (orange bitters or aromatic bitters)
  • Garnish: Lime Foam and Candied Apple Peel
  • CHILL stemmed cocktail glass
  • FILL a cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
  • COMBINE gin, apple juice, lime juice, rosemary simple syrup and bitters.
  • SHAKE 10-15 seconds, strain into a stemmed cocktail glass and garnish with the lime foam and candied apple peel.
Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 2 C Water
  • 1 C Granulated sugar
  • 8 tbsp Fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • COMBINE the water, sugar and chopped rosemary leaves in a small saucepan.
  • HEAT, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and sugar is dissolved.
  • REMOVE from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
  • STRAIN from heat and let the syrup cool completely.
London Dry Gin

Gin Pink Paloma

  • 2 oz Transformation Spirits London Dry Gin
  • juice from 1/2 Lime
  • pinch Salt
  • Pink Grapefruit Soda
  • GARNISH: Grapefruit Wedge
  • POUR gin and lime juice into glass
  • ADD cracked ice and salt.
  • FILL with grapefruit soda.
  • STIR 15 seconds and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
Bourbon Barreled Gin

Bloody Caesar

  • Celery Salt
  • 1 1/2 oz Transformation Spirits Limited Release Bourbon Barreled Gin
  • 4 oz Clamato Juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
  • to taste, Prepared Horseradish
  • GARNISH: Pickle Spear, Lime Wedge, Celery Salt, Cracked Black Pepper
  • COAT the rim of a tall glass with celery salt, fill with cracked ice. and set aside.
  • FILL a mixing glass with cracked ice.
  • POUR gin, Clamato, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and horseradish.
  • STIR 15 seconds, strain into the prepared glass and garnish with the pickle, lime, celery stalk and cracked black pepper.
